Hot Caribbean Bloody Mary

This is a fabulous variation.

Substitute citrus rum for vodka, and add Monin’s Habanero Lime Syrup. Bright, spicy, and flavorful.

Hot Caribbean Bloody Mary

INGREDIENTS

1 1⁄4 oz. citrus rum

3⁄4 oz. Monin Habanero Lime Syrup

3 oz. bloody mary mix

ice

Glass: Tall/Pint

Garnish: cilantro, cucumber, jalapeño pepper, lime

INSTRUCTIONS

Fill serving glass full of ice.

Pour ingredients into serving glass in order listed.

Pour mixture into mixing tin and back into serving glass to mix.

Add garnish and serve.

Peruvian Bloody Mary

This interesting version is made with the country’s national liquor - Pisco.

Try it with extra lemon and/or lime juice.

INGREDIENTS

2 oz. Pisco

Salt & Pepper

Hot Sauce

Fresh Lime Juice

Tomato Juice

Ice

INSTRUCTIONS

In a pint glass, place as much ice as you prefer.

Add pisco and stir.

Hot sauce (to taste).

Stir

Garnish with tomato, jalapenos, olives, cilantro, or celery.

Bloody Maria Caesar

Bring two of your favorite items together - tequila plus Clamato.

INGREDIENTS

6 oz. Clamato Juice

1-½ oz. Tequila

4 dashes Worcestershire Sauce

2 dashes Hot Sauce

Freshly Ground Pepper

Celery Salt

Lime wedge

INSTRUCTIONS

Rim a highball glass with the juice from a lime wedge combined with celery salt

Add Tequila, Clamato Juice

Add Fresh Ground Pepper, Worcestershire Sauce, and Hot Sauce

Stir well

Garnish with a celery stick and lime wedge

Bloody 8

Instead of regular tomato juice, this is made with V8 tomato juice.

INGREDIENTS

2 oz. Vodka of your choice

4 oz. V8 Tomato Juice (regular or spicy)

1 Lemon wedge

1 Lime wedge

2 dashes hot sauce

2 tsp horseradish

2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce

1 pinch Celery salt

1 pinch Ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Rim a pint glass with lemon or lime juice and roll in celery salt

Fill with glass with ice

Squeeze lemon and lime wedges, hot sauce, horseradish, pepper and Worcestershire Sauce into a shaker and shake gently

Strain into the prepared glass.

Garnish with green olives, a lime wedge, and a celery stalk

INGREDIENTS (Makes 1 pitcher)

4 cups spicy tomato juice or Bloody Mary mix

2 cups beef broth 

2 cups vodka of your choice

1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice 

2 tablespoons prepared horseradish 

2 tablespoons hot sauce

2-½ teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce

2 teaspoons ground celery seed 

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 

Spicy pickled green beans, lemon and lime wedges, and celery stalks, with leaves, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Fill a pitcher quarter full with ice

Add vodka, tomato juice, beef broth, lemon juice, horseradish, hot sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, celery seed, and pepper.

Stir well

Serve over ice

Garnish with a celery stalk, lemon and lime wedges, and spicy pickled green beans.

INGREDIENTS

1-½ oz Sake’ of your choice

3 oz Tomato Juice or Bloody Mary mix

1 dash soy sauce

1 dash lime juice

1 pinch Wasabi (to taste)

Lime and lemon wedges and celery stalk for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Fill pint glass with ice

In a shaker, add ice, sake’, tomato juice, lime juice, soy sauce and wasabi. 

Shake well to mix.

Strain mix into pint glass

Garnish with a celery stalk and lemon and lime wedges
